Basics of a MiDash Prospect Profile

The Buyer Profile replaces the traditional method of maintaining buyer information through Buyer Information Sheets and the Customer Registration Forms. With the Buyer Profile, you store buyer information online and you can pull out this information anytime and anywhere, even with just your smartphone.

The My Prospects tab gets populated in two ways:

  • You register your own leads, prospect, and buyer
  • Or you get assigned a lead or a prospect by your team head, or the management.

Adding your own lead or buyer individually

  1. You can add your own leads individually by clicking on the Register Prospect option in the right side of the header bar.Basics of a MiDash Prospect Profile
  2. A Register New Prospect form will pop out. Fill that out to enroll your lead into the database. Note that as long as you access the system using your own username and password, the lead/prospect/buyer is automatically registered under your name.Basics of a MiDash Prospect Profile

Adding your own multiple leads, or your buyers list into the system; importing your list in XLSX format

    1. You can also add leads by bulk using the Import feature. This allows you to upload your list of leads in a spreadsheet (*.XLSX file format) containing your list of leads and their information into MiDash.
