Explanation of the Smart Prospects Window

  1.  Campaign Progress – this window how the Smart Prospecting campaign is coming along. The figure on top (86) indicates the total number of Smart Prospects that have been funneled into the system, including those that have already been claimed or assigned. The figure on the bottom (1000) indicate the total number of Smart Prospect commitment that are to be expected from the campaign.
  2.  Daily Prospect – this graph tells you how many prospects are funneled into the system on a daily basis.
  3.  Returns – this window tells you how many of the prospects funneled into the system have been returned and what are their status. Prospects are allowed to be returned within 7 days from the time it gets funneled into the system. Returns can be made ONLY if the User has been unable to contact the prospect within 7 days. There are three status in the Returns section
  • Accepted – this means that we accept the returned leads, that they are indeed impossible to contact. This number is not part of the committed number of Smart Prospects.
  • Pending – this means that we are in the process of verifying if the prospects that you returned were indeed unreachable. This is not part of the committed number of Smart Prospects.
  • Rejected – this means that we managed to contact the prospect, and it is still a valid prospect. We normally indicate comments on the said prospect’s profile pertaining our conversation during the verification. This is part of the committed number of Smart Prospects.

Assigning a Prospect

    • To assign a prospect to a team member, you click the Assign button. On the other hand, to claim a prospect (and assign it to yourself), you click the Claim button.

    • When you Assign a prospect, Click the drop down arrow and choose a team member.

    • Click Save Changes.

Note that once a Prospect is assigned, it disappears from the Smart Prospect Window and it gets automatically funneled into the “My Prospect” window of the User you assigned the Prospect to.

Claiming a Prospect

When you click CLAIM, the Prospect’s profile will open automatically. This is a signal for you to get in touch with the Prospect immediately. You can call, email, or message the Prospect through any of his/her social media page. Give these tools a try when you are trying to establish contact with the Prospect:

  • Facebook and Facebook Messenger
  • Viber
  • WhatsApp
  • LinkedIn

When you claim a Prospect, it automatically disappears from the Smart Prospect window and gets funneled into your own My Prospect window.
