Introduction to the MiDash Dashboard

If your login is successful, you will see this as your Homepage.

If you have the permission level to upload, edit and update the Sales Kit, the Inventory and to add Users under you, please consult Book 1 – Setting Up Your MiDash for instructions.

Introduction to the MiDash Dashboard

  1. Sales Kit – this is where sales materials and files like brochures, pricelist and sample computation are uploaded.
  2. Inventory – this is where you can view the graphical representation of the project, the available units, and make on the spot reservations on behalf of the buyer.
  3. Prospects – this is where you manage leads assigned to you. If you have the permission level to have access to the Smart Prospects, then check out the Smart Prospects Section.
  4. Transactions – this is where you keep track of the sales activity made by you.
  5. Activities and My Activities – This is your To-Do list, automatically generated by you as you update tasks pertaining each prospect or buyer. (See Managing Prospects chapter)
  6. Team Sales – use this tab to keep track of your team sales activity.
  7. Prospect Pipeline – use this tab to keep track of the prospects in your pipeline.
  8. Register Prospect tab – this tab can be accessed anytime. Use this to register your own prospects and buyers to protect your claim.
  9. Notification bell – this tells you when you have any emails or messages from the Developer and your clients.
  10. ID icon – this shows your picture and it validates your accreditation and permission to use the system. We encourage you to add a photo into your profile. To do this, check the section below.
  11. Chat Window – this is your direct contact to the Tech support of the system. Like any messaging app, just type your queries and our tech support team will guide you through the process.
    Before you start using the MiDash system, you should edit and finish your profile. To do so, click on the ‘Avatar’ icon on the uppermost right corner of the screen.
    Editing your profile is as easy as clicking on your user icon located in the topmost right of the screen, the same icon that you use to log out from MiDash. To stay updated on your project, make sure you tick the Send notification alerts to my email just above the Update Profile button.
